An article published in 2006 in Liberty Magazine describing the rise of Dominion Theology & the Christian Right. These videos, created in 2006, were originally uploaded to Theocracy Watch during the Bush, Jr, era. Although they are more than 40 years old, I think they hold some fascinating history that is still relevant today. They are worth watching at this moment of the culmination of all the hard work of the Dominionists from that era through to the present time. The Century of the Self is a 2002 British television documentary series by filmmaker Adam Curtis. It focuses on the work of psychoanalysts Sigmund Freud & Anna Freud, & PR consultant Edward Bernays. In episode one, Curtis says, “This series is about how those in power have used Freud‘s theories to try & control the dangerous crowd in an age of mass democracy.”
